Updated in 4/21/19: I scheduled an oil change and a state inspection for Saturday morning. I was scheduled for 10:30am. The service was excellent as always (with the video part that I love!) and the attendant was very nice and helpful, but the inspection took forever to be done. I kind of understand that was a Saturday and near to the end of the month so probably they had several cars to inspection but it was just ridiculous! I got there at 10:20 and left at 2pm! I was starving and tired of waiting for so long! Finally found something that Harr can get better with! Excelente customer service! Got there today to get my car’s oil changed. Brenda was so nice and helpful! Super kind and attentive to my requests and questions! I’m super satisfied with my car and with Harr! So happy that I decided to buy my car there and to get a Toyota! You guys rock!!! ❤️Back at Harr today (12/21/2018) for another oil change. Now, while you’re waiting they send u a text with a video showing your car while service is being done and show you if you have anything it has to be replaced. Really nice ideia! I really like it! Employees are always really helpful and nice. Always a good experience at harr.
Brought my Toyota in for recall work and the service people are really good. Spencer specifically was great. They have a shuttle service if you're without your car for a while to bring you back home which is a really nice thing to do. They also give you free food from Chick-fil-A while you're waiting!The one negative I have to say is that the tech who worked on my vehicle did not close my hood and I didn't realize it until I got home and this was after driving on the highway for about 10 miles!!
