My only gripe is the time I waited for things to be finalized but they're clearly busy and have everyone doing the best they can. Fred really went out of his way to provide top tier service. I bought a pre-owned EV at Harr Toyota in Worcester. My whole sales experience was amazing. There was no pressure and maybe its simply because the sales people do not work on commission (according to representative I worked with). Here are a few other things that stand out for me: -The people who work here are from all walks of life and everyone is extremely polite and competent -Free car washes for as long as you own the car (I come in every week) -Free routine maintenance service for first year (though not much needed since mine is still electric) -When you do come in for service (I'm here for a tire rotation) they offer you a free breakfast or lunch. So I sit waiting room and a. guy from the Chik Filet next door comes over, greets me by name, and hands me a menu. I gave him my order and he was back in 5 minutes. On the house! I have bought vheclies from nearly every car maker, including the higher-end luxury brands. Harr is hands down the best experience through and through. Congratulations to ownership and the management team for running a top notch organization.

I want to share my experience at our Toyota specialty the exceptional service I received from Sabrina from the moment I met her. She was kind understanding genuinely committed to helping me. I came in with a difficult situation a car with Ongoing problems negative equity credit challenges in the fear of taking on a larger payment I felt completely hopeless and unsure whether anyone could be able to help me at all. Sabrina never once made me feel discouraged. She sat with me completed the application explored every option. She even suggested considering an EV which I initially dismissed She stayed patient supportive continued to try to find something that would work for me after test drive a car. I didn’t like I left feeling trapped and convinced there was no solution, but Sabrina never gave up. She kept in touch throughout Texts Always helpful never pushy and continued searching for a vehicle that fit my needs a few days later she reached out and asked me to come in to test drive the Toyota BZEV I agreed expecting not to like it, but I ended up falling in love with it immediately it was beautiful comfortable had everything I wanted. My only hesitation was that I knew nothing about an EV. What Sabrina gave me the confidence I needed she promised to help me learn and walk me through the changes even setting up everything on my phone she did everything. She said she would when I picked up my vehicle. She was right there to help me through all the questions in emotions I can’t express how grateful I am without her. I would’ve walked away. She is truly an asset to her Toyota and I will recommend her to anyone. Had a great pressure-free experience buying my new car!! Everyone was very friendly and kind, ( except for C.A who angrily told me I was "shutting down his business" because I didn't pull up far enough into the service entrance to get an inspection sticker...😏... sigh) Big shout out to Sabrina Allsopp who was very knowledgeable, personable, professional, and although being pulled in multiple directions constantly, always found a way to answer my questions with a smile and help make this whole process easy!!
