From the moment I walked in, Fred, my Product Specialist, made the entire process as painless as possible. Despite that hurdle, they somehow made it happen, and I left that same day as the very happy owner of my dream car — at a price I could actually afford! Everything was explained clearly, they were upfront about fees just as promised, and I felt like everyone genuinely wanted to help me make the right decision rather than just make a sale. They took care of my insurance, and when we ran into another headache involving the payoff of my current auto loan (because apparently my bank wanted to make things as difficult as possible 🙃), the team stepped in and completely handled that too. I just bought my 2nd car from Harr. Buying a car is usually such an ordeal, but our sales rep Jay Gonzalez was super helpful. All our issues and requests were acknowledged and dealt with. Always respectful. Some salesmen don’t even acknowledge the spouse when buying a car, even if they are the main driver. This didn't happen with Jay. Would definitely recommend him and Harr to others.

Erica at Harr Toyota represented the absolute gold standard for customer service and care. ​I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, but unfortunately, when I picked it up, there was fresh damage on the driver’s side. While I was naturally disappointed by the initial situation, Erica’s immediate response turned a frustrating moment into an incredible customer experience. ​When I brought it to her attention, she came right out, validated that the damage was not present at drop-off, and took ownership instantly. She took photos, filed a report, and gave me a clear timeline. Even with the service manager out and her own vacation scheduled for that week, she kept her promise. The following Tuesday, she called to let me know the replacement part was already ordered and scheduled the repair. To make things right, she also offered a full vehicle detail. ​The repair was flawless, and my car came back cleaner than the day I bought it. ​Accidents happen, but how a business responds makes all the difference. Erica was trusting, proactive, kind, and completely customer-focused. I only return to businesses that demonstrate this level of accountability and care. A huge thank you to Erica, and hats off to Harr Toyota for having her on the team!

There is another review added on from here. I had to have an airbag replaced. The people at Hart Ford were very helpful. They even gave us a ride home while they were replacing it. I would definetly recommend them! I leased a car and it was coming to an end. I didn't think there was anything they would be able to do. But I spoke to Hayder Daffaie and he helped me get another car. I really thought I was going to be carless but he went out of his way to help me and took the stress off! He spoke to his manager and I now have a car! Thank you Hayder! Your the best!
