Michael Carey was my sales person at Harr Toyota. I was still researching other brands when I visited Harr to test drive a Corolla Cross. Michael was very professional and knowledgeable and what I appreciated most was the no pressure approach. When I was finally ready to purchase, Michael found the model and color I wanted. He took the extra time to show me the technical displays inside the vehicle and even set up the app for me before leaving the dealership. Professional , courteous and efficient staff at Harr Toyota in Worcester, Massachusetts. I live in Bourne, Ma on Cape Cod and drove one and a half hours to purchase a used vehicle from Harr Toyota. My salesperson ( Connor Tebbetts ) showed me the Highlander I was interested in. Connor took time to answer all my questions, explain unfamiliar features of the vehicle and was more than patient during the negotiating process. The service department were very thorough with the inspection and repairs to bring the vehicle to " Toyota Certified " requirements. Thanks to the entire staff at Harr Toyota and specials thanks to Connor Tebbetts for a pleasant experience at an auto dealership.

Thank you to Harr and especially Melanie for a great car buying experience! We were shopping for new vehicle on one of the coldest days of the year. Melanie patiently lined up cars and warmed them for us while we test drove them. Once we decided, every part of the insurance and registration transfer was taken care of for us. On the day we picked up the car, Melanie connected the cell phone and explained every feature on the car multiple times to ensure we were comfortable before we left the store. Hey everyone! We purchased and picked up a 2025 Toyota RAV4 Limited from Harr this afternoon. We were assisted by Tyler Brown, who did a phenomenal job walking us through the vehicle, explaining all the features, and helping us throughout the process. If you’re in the area and looking for a Toyota, be sure to ask for Tyler Brown. That said, when purchasing, be sure to carefully review all paperwork. The dealership itself may try to add a LoJack system as a “pre-installed” security feature for $795 and make it seem as though the vehicle cannot be purchased without it. To clarify, LoJack is not mandatory in Massachusetts and insurance actually do not recommend it. There was some initial dispute with the dealership, but we did receive a refund after addressing the issue directly.

Yesterday Laz assisted me in purchasing g a car at Harr Toyota.What a great experience! HE was VERY knowledgeable and patient. HE is an excellent salesman and truly cares about his customer. Harr is very fortunate to have Laz on their team and I was very fortunate for his expertise with the car I purchased. Laz keep up the great work and dedication.!!
