I came in expecting a typical car-buying experience and instead got what can only be described as a mildly intergalactic adventure—thanks to Nana and his fearless team lead, Justin. First, let’s talk about Nana. If you see a man in yellow glasses, just know you’ve found him—and possibly a superhero in disguise. I’m still not entirely convinced he doesn’t clock out and immediately go save the world. From the moment we started talking, his knowledge of the Toyota BZ (which I’m pretty sure is one software update away from achieving sentience) was next level. He broke down its futuristic, spaceship-like features in a way that made me feel like I was prepping for launch rather than a test drive. Now, full transparency: I love Star Wars. Nana… does not. But did that stop him? Absolutely not. This man committed. He nodded, improvised, and “yes, and”-ed his way through my references like a true professional. By the end, I’d say he’s a solid padawan—maybe not quite a Jedi yet, but definitely on the council. Also worth noting: I gave Nana fresh chicken eggs. Why? Because it felt like the right thing to do in such a unique transaction. Honestly, it just added to the overall experience. I hope my chickens laid only the best for Harr’s best. Justin, as team lead, clearly sets the tone—professional, knowledgeable, and running a team that actually seems to enjoy what they do (rare and refreshing). And as if the great people weren’t enough, the extras—warranties, Chick-fil-A perks, and unlimited car washes—are just the cherry on top. I drove off in my new car, now proudly named Stormtrooper (Stormy for short), feeling like I got more than just a vehicle—I got an experience and a lifelong vehicle expert team. 10/10 experience. Would absolutely trust Nana (and his yellow glasses) to guide me through any future galaxy… or at least my next car purchase.

I bought my first car from Harr in January of 2018. It was a 2015 Toyota Corolla that I sold last year to get a RAV4 (I went to a different dealership for it) and I regret not going to Harr for my second car. Life threw me a curveball that caused me to need to get a new car last week. I reached out to Nana who had helped me with my first car. While he wasn’t in the office, he referred me to the manager Will. I was interested in seeing a 2015 Toyota Highlander that they had posted earlier in the day. They informed me I couldn’t do a test drive that day due to it needing to be inspected, but they allowed me to look at it to see if I was even interested in it before making the drive from western MA the following day to test drive it. When I saw the car, it was perfect. Will was able to answer all the questions I had. He asked if I wanted to see if I’d get approved for the car and I immediately said yes. Well at 6:30pm on a Thursday night he got me approved for that vehicle and signed the papers then. Nana came back the following day so I worked with him for the remainder of the sale. He kept me in the loop with updates on the vehicle and made sure it was prioritized to get inspected so I could pick it up asap since I didn’t have a car. Nana and Will were so helpful throughout the whole process, so kind, knowledgeable and personable. It’s safe to say that I am obsessed with my new car and it’s thanks to Will & Nana for making it a quick and smooth experience. I’m grateful to them putting me in a car that I know my service dog will be safe traveling in. I will ALWAYS recommend Harr (especially Nana) to anyone that is looking for a vehicle. He made sure the car was inspected, detailed, registered, had an oil change and changed some lights out in the span of 2 business days because he knew how badly I needed a car. He will always prioritize and do right by anyone he works with. My 2015 is still kicking with the new owner and I know my new car will last several years. It even came with a full tank of gas which I think should give an extra star 🙏🏽

I had a very positive experience at Harr Toyota! I worked with Aleah and Jake as my sales reps, and I highly recommend specifically asking to work with them. They took the time to find the right car for me rather than focusing on upselling, which I really appreciated. When I decided I wanted a different interior color, they went out of their way to source the exact car I wanted. The entire process was seamless. Jake worked around my busy schedule and had the paperwork ready ahead of time, so I was in and out of the dealership in about 30 minutes with my new car. I just bought my second car from Harr and was happy Sabrina was still there to assist. Car purchases can be stressful, but Sabrina makes it stress-free. Even the service center is top notch.
