My wife and I purchased a new vehicle at Harr Toyota. Our experience with the sales staff was that we found them to be professional and considerate. A few obstacles interfered with the process and caused some delays. Despite that, they continued to be respectful, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Lulu even provided help after the sale to make sure we had good connectivity of our phones to the car’s many blue tooth options. Lulu also ensured that we had some good food (free of charge), while we waited for paperwork to be completed. The thoughtful and personalized service was greatly appreciated. The staff worked diligently to answer all our questions. Thank you Lulu, Mike, and other staff at Harr Toyota (this is the third car we have purchased from them).

After having a less than stellar experience at another dealership, my husband and I went to Harr Toyota on Goldstar Blvd in Worcester. It was THE best decision we made. We met with Lulu and were in the vehicles of my choice test driving them very quickly. Absolutely NO hassle what so ever. We found a vehicle that day and were driving it off the lot a couple hours later!!! There was a minor repair needed (clip on 3rd row), Lulu took pictures, sent a report to service and the part was ordered before we even completed the deal. Once the part came in the service to have it replaced was quick and easy. The entire process from start to finish was SO smooth and comfortable. Lulu was amazing while test driving, after purchase and during the minor service, keeping me updated and informed and just going above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. I would recommend Harr and Lulu to anyone in the market for a vehicle! Thank you for everything, Lulu!!!!!

I recently purchased a used truck at Harr. So far the experience has been good. There were a few hiccups with the delivery and some items that still need to be addressed. I worked directly with Guxim. I found him to be genuine and honest. His English skills can be a bit challenging but he works very hard to keep you informed. I would recommend him. My only displeasure was that I was told that I had to pay for LoJack even though I did not want it. I was told that it was already installed on the truck. Later I found out that it wasn't installed. Harr has promised to fully refund me for that service. The LoJack piece of this purchase felt a bit shady. Other than that, it was a very positive experience. I will return and update this review when the remaining issues are resolved.

Lulu is The absolute best sales person on the planet trust me I ve dealt with a lot of sales reps none of them are as transparent as Lulu, also Mike Lu was straight forward as a sales Mgr he volunteered to show me the car fax, who does that no body,most dealers try to hide any flaws from their vehicles except Mike and Lulu.

I have to say i was hesitant in going to a big well known dealer ship due to past experiences with sales people pushing and pressuring to sell you a car , but lulu made the whole process smooth ensuring that we felt comfortable throughout. we purchased a use car and Lulu was not pushy and listen to what we were looking for. The sales staff Aleah and Garrett were extremely helpful. They spent several hours listening to my needs, looking for exactly what I wanted, and patiently completing paperwork.
