My wife and I purchased a new vehicle at Harr Toyota. Our experience with the sales staff was that we found them to be professional and considerate. A few obstacles interfered with the process and caused some delays. Despite that, they continued to be respectful, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Lulu even provided help after the sale to make sure we had good connectivity of our phones to the car’s many blue tooth options. Lulu also ensured that we had some good food (free of charge), while we waited for paperwork to be completed. The thoughtful and personalized service was greatly appreciated. The staff worked diligently to answer all our questions. Thank you Lulu, Mike, and other staff at Harr Toyota (this is the third car we have purchased from them).

I met with Aleah Wetteland to possibly trade in my Subaru Outback. for a new Toyota. Aleah was patient, professional and friendly. Even though I decided not to trade in my Subaru I would certainly recommend Aleah and Harr. P.S.: I do own a Toyota which my wife drives and loves. They are reliable cars and Aleah is an ideal salesperson.

We purchased a Toyota from out of state. Our salesperson Nana made the process very straightforward, there wasnt any confusion on prices, and the vehicle was delivered without any problems. Hopefully we don't have to buy another car for a while, but we would certainly recommend working with this dealership to friends and family.

I went in to upgrade to something newer and wasn't sure if it was possible. I met Jose Roman there and he was great. Answered all the questions I had, showed me some great cars (that I eventually ended up loving one of them and taking it home), he asked what were the main things I was looking for in the car and came through with what I was looking for. Didn't have to wait long Roman got me in there, did some paper work and then I was on my way. Roman showed great hospitality. It was a great experience. Always love coming here.

I just purchased a new ’25 Camry and the experience was awesome. No pressure, very professional, prompt and friendly service. Nana took great care of me making sure that I was able to get a car that exceeded my expectations. Also exceeding expectations was a Chick Fillet sandwich hot from the kitchen(right next door) that I received while simply waiting briefly to test drive a car. I would highly recommend Harr not just because of the great deals but because of the great buying experience…so go to Harr to get your car!

I was first dismayed to hear there was a charge for low Jack on all new cars. However, the general manager contacted me to ensure that charge was only implemented if the customer wanted activation. If they don't, there is no charge. Kudos to the management for contacting me.
